Crane Scales

Crane scales are used in situations where weighing by hanging the load is preferred over a static or floor scale. Most of these scales contain a large digital display where the weight of the object is read. The scales are used to measure both the load and the pressure on the crane. A correctly installed crane scale lets operators accomplish two things at once: move materials and simultaneously gather accurate weight data or inventory information. These scales are often used on ships, planes, and trains to ensure cargo is moved and cared for properly, as well as in foundries and warehouses. Hang digital crane scales from a back loader, forklift or beam to help weigh engine motors, industrial equipment, construction materials, metal drums and more.

Worcester Scale offers major crane scale brands including Dillon, Intercomp, MSI and CAS.
