Balance Scales

Balance scales have been used for centuries to measure the mass or weight of an object. They contain a balanced beam and two pans. When the pans contain exactly the same mass, the beam is in balance. You can place an object in one pan, and standard weights in the other to determine what the object weighs. They are widely used in chemical laboratories due to their accuracy.

Balance scales can measure substances with a precision of one-tenth of a milligram or one-ten-thousandth of a gram. They are also used in a number of different industries, from food service and processing to retail, hospitality, automotive, engineering and construction. Worcester Scale offers a high variety of leading brands such as A & D, Ohaus, and Sartorius.
